EMA is an Independent Manufacturers’ Representative company Selling Computing Systems, Electronic Components and Manufacturing Services. EMA was founded in 1974 by David S. Butler covering the 4-Dixie States. Since then, our company has expanded from a single location to four regions covering the east coast: Southeast, Florida, Mid-Atlantic and Upper Mid-Atlantic.
EMA began as a component sales organization and has since evolved into a Combination of Manufacturing Services, Systems and Components. The markets served include Military, Aerospace, Medical, Industrial and consumer. Our longevity in the marketplace provides our team of Serial Entrepreneurs with unique market insight.
EMA has 14 employees made up of 9 tech savvy Serial Entrepreneurs, 3 insides sales professionals and 2 covering finance & administration. Each Account Manager maintains close relationships with our customers and manufacturers to serve and support them long-term. EMA continually seeks to learn about new technologies and the needs of our customers in order to best serve them.
